Brave New World

so i was watching this show called Russell Simmons' Presents : Brave New Voices last night and it was the muthaeffin BOMB. inspired me to write (or type anyway) something in my blackberry while laying in the bed next to my girlfriend.


i call it .. FORTUNATE



As i type into my blackberry .. I sit and think about how lucky i am to be laying next to this beautiful chocolate almond eyed snoring marvel. She is sunshine fine and right now i just want to taste her with the muscle in between my teeth. I am nothing short of fortunate when it comes to how she loves me. As i sit up in bed flicking channels .. i think about my love for life and thirst for knowledge. Knowing so much but not really knowing anything (or thinking i know so much anyway) i think about how fortunate i am to know .. and fortunate to learn. I am fortunate to have, fortunate to be, fortunate to live. I have so many opportunities to change .. to grow .. to live and to love. And i am nothing short of fortunate to have these options. Of course not EVERYTHING is matter of being fortunate but for everything i've had a problem with i've found a solution. && for that, i am indeed FORTUNATE.
